--- README ---------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah, thanks for downloading TDSweeper, the latest and greatest in
interactive games today!

This is the first public release, version 1.0.0.

To be able to run it, you will have to have the apropriate pyslang module
for your platform, either to the lib-dynload directory of your Python
distribution or to the same directory as sweep.py. I have included two
binaries in this distribution of TDSweeper, one for libc5 systems and one
for glibc2. If you look really carefully, you might find them... :-)

If you want to compile your own version of pyslang, directions can be
found on my TDSweeper page,

           http://www.dsv.su.se/~karl-sve/prog/tdsweeper.shtml

On linux, you might want to make /usr/local/bin/sweep a symlink to
sweep.py which you might put in /usr/local/games/tdsweeper together with
slang.so or something, but that's up to you.

Currently TDSweeper creates some datafiles in the user's home directory.
In a later release, I will include some way of changing where the data
files are put and enable global hiscores.

If you find any reference to a Win32 version of TDSweeper in the code,
rest assured that it no longer works. I broke it in the file handling
functions...

Hope you like TDSweeper!
